Yesterday, June 30th I saw an article that Bill Cosby was released from Prison. I have talked to people and gotten mixed reviews. Some say that they are glad that he was released from jail, and some say they are offended he was released.
He was let out on a technicality. He was not let out because they proved his innocence. So in a sense, yes he should have been let out, but is he innocent of the crimes levied against him?
"I don't hear her say anything. And I don't feel her say anything," he said according to the deposition testimony. "And so I continue, and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. I am not stopped."
He claimed that he gave her allergy medication, and she claimed he gave her 3 blue pills. So if she does not stop him is that consent? I was not there, dont know exactly what happend, but it is definitely fishy.
