Florida Teen Attacks Teacher, Brutal Beating. Will Be Tried as an Adult. Potential 30 Year Sentence.
This video is absolutely crazy. Whenever I see something like this, the first thing that I check is if the attacker has any priors. In this case he has had plenty of prior incidents. As you can see in the video, the teenager does not have any kind of escort. He is an extreme danger to those around him.
The woman who was attacked was a teacher's aide. Was she a sub, or did she know about his background?
I have to commend the woman who immediately rushed in to try and break it up. A few people walked off. One of the men was taking his sweet time and it seems that he initially did not try to restrain the young man. I understand that schools have laws and ways you are supposed to break up fights, but the woman was unconscious and it was a potential life and death situation.
The teen had no remorse. "I don't have time to be going to jail...." "When will I be getting out?" "I am going to kill her when I get out..." Are some of his alleged statements on the scene.
From a self defense standpoint, once he decided to attack her, there was not really much she could have done. I normally offer tips and advice based on what I see. But in this case he had a total strength, size, and speed advantage. Luckily, people eventually came to her aid.
