Workout

4 rounds, 10 stations of :45s work + 20s rest

  1. 10 m shuffle + 3 squat hops

  2. 10 mountain climbers + 3 push ups 

  3. 10 fast feet + 3 plyo lunges

  4. 10 bear crawls + 3 shoulder taps

  5. 10 butt kicks + 3 fast squats 

  6. Tricycles

  7. Backpedal 

  8. V-ups

  9. Prisoner lunge (hands behind head)

  10. Power skip

Rest :60s then repeat round
