He held her at gun point for 8 hours until he was convinced that she was going to get back into a relationship with him. She then called police.
The police admitted they had enough to take him in before she was held at gunpoint.
It's very difficult to take someone in. For stalking. It is important to have a defense plan because you never know when a dangerous person will escalate a situation.
